How can I return a product?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return it within a maximum period of 14 days from the date you received it. The product(s) you wish to return must be unopened and in perfect original condition.
Attention:
Products must be intact, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories and instructions.
Return process:

Access your personal account on the website. In the “My Purchases” section, you can find your order history. Click on the order you wish to return and select the product(s) to be returned.

You will be contacted with instructions to generate your return label. Print the return label and place it on the package along with the product(s) you wish to return.

Once the return label is printed and completed, you can drop off your package at the indicated return points or schedule a collection date for the return.

When your return is received, the products will be inspected. If all return conditions are met, the value of the products will be refunded using the original payment method. For orders paid with alternative payment methods or gift options, you will receive an email with a store credit valid for 90 days in our online shop.
